Notice and Takedown Policy of Bestdress1
The purpose of this policy is to protect the associated Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of third parties as well as our customers. We will respond promptly to notices of alleged IPR infringement. However, Bestdress1 requires your assistance in identifying potentially IPR infringing items. - - Full description of the alleged intellectual property rights infringement
- - Explanation of the alleged infringement & its location on the Bestdress1 website
- - Full declaration that you believe an IPR has been violated
- - A statement that the information in your Notice is true and correct
- - Clear declaration that you will indemnify Bestdress1 against any and all related claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) which Bestdress1 may incur in connection with the notice
